- Items must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, and packaged as delivered.
- A 25% Restocking fee may apply to returned items.
- Custom or special orders, clearance items, or floor models are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Return Shipping or pick up fees will be deducted from the refund, unless the items is defective or delivered in error.
- Refusing a non-defective delivery will be treated as a return and subject to restocking and delivery fees.

- Used, assembled, or soiled items, Items damaged due to improper packaging during return transit are non returnable items.

- Poor packaging that results in damage may lead to additional fees or refusal of return.
- It’s Suggested to measure the area before buying furniture or mattresses. If it didn’t fit the area the items returned will be charges 35% of the billing amount plus delivery fees.
- All items must be inspected at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery team. If the customer refuses inspection, later claims of damage may not be accepted.
Return Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refund are processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Delivery + Installation / Delivery only Charges are non-refundable.
- If the item was damaged during return transit due to poor re-packaging. A damage fee may be deducted or return will not be accepted.
- Any Stained or soiled mattress will automatically void the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Customer is responsible for delivery & pickup of there mattress for any warranty claims to manufacturer warehouse.
- Foam mattress comes with 3 months limited warranty. Covers: Crumbling or splitting foam, rips, tears in the cover due to manufacturing defects. Does not covers: Body impressions less than 2 inches, Heat or moisture damage, Damage from unapproved bed base or slatted frames.
- Spring and Memory foam mattress comes with 5 year warranty.
- Coils and hybrid mattress comes with 10 year warranty. Covers: Manufacturing defects, structural sagging(minimum indentation of 2 inches), Rips, tears and seams (under normal use). Does not covers: Stains, burns, mold, bed bugs, damage due to misuse, improper foundation, or mishandling, comfort preference and normal softening of foam.
- Furniture warranty duration from 6 months to 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. Covers: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
- Does not covers: Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper assembly, natural wear and tear, natural fading of fabric/ leather, Accidental damage, pet damage, or exposure to the elements( for indoor furniture).
